XMork 20201 is a new LEGO Creator-style 3in1 set featuring a beach house modular building set with 813 pieces.
The 20201 is the first in a new series of 3in1 sets.

For this new release, XMork is heavily inspired by the popular LEGO 3in1 building series. The last LEGO set was here, the lovely cozy house (31139).
The new XMork set consists of a brick-built beach house. As with the LEGO 3in1 sets, you can build two more sets from the main beach house, giving you the choice of three possible constructions.
The simple construction of these three mini buildings also strongly resembles that of a Danish manufacturer, especially the higher and wider ones.
I’m curious to see what the quality of this new XMork set is like. I previously built the Cube Brown Modern Villa (10204) and the Flower Shop (031061). The designs were nice but the brick quality was very fluctuating. One brick is good, another bad. I hope it’s better here.
