CaDA Replacement Missing Parts Service Review

I recently built the CaDA C66005W street coffee house and published a review of it—a beautiful, modern mini building from Ohsojang.

However, a downer I had missing parts. More precisely, four parts were missing.

The first route always goes to my part box. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the exact colors. If that doesn’t work, there are two options. Either use a parts service like Bricklink or Brickscout… or contact the reseller of the set.

In this case, CaDA has a service where you can reorder parts. This is a free service, including the shipping fees. So, just as we know and love from LEGO.

Just visit the official CaDA website (https://decadastore.com/)  and click the top blue banner. Alternatively, visit this service link.

Five Steps + One Current Problem

Once opened, the next step is clicking on CaDA bricks, and then you can come to a very clear menu where you are guided step by step.

  • Step 1: specify whether parts are missing or damaged → in my case missing bricks
  • Step 2: upload a proof of purchase from an online or offline store with additional details → Amazon.de (download the PDF from the user account)
  • Step 3: enter the serial number of your CaDA set – for my set was the number C66005W
  • Step 4: select the missing parts

Entering the serial number takes you to the virtual hall of parts and bricks. In list form, you get a complete overview of all parts of the set, all of which can be selected individually.

Unfortunately, this view is flawed, and many parts of the list do not have a picture; therefore, it’s difficult to determine which part or brick is the right one. Thanks to the Brick God, my parts were visible. I hope CaDA will fixe this bug in the near future.

Once the selection has been made, enter the address where the parts will be sent. And now it’s time to wait.

service

I ordered my parts on January 24th, and CaDA confirmed the order with shipping information on January 27th. European customers work with PostNL.

The parts certainly come from China because the letter only arrived on February 9th. So last Friday. So it took a good two weeks from China to Austria.

The Missing Parts

And there are my four missing bricks. It was delivered in a classic yellow padded letter. In this, there was a nice CaDA-branded zip bag with ordered bricks.

I now have my bricks, and I can finish the building. Overall, the CaDA replacement missing parts service gets a positive review. Two weeks delivery time is excellent, and with the included tracking, you always have an eye on where the package is. Top after-purchase service CaDA!
